Welcome to our comprehensive childbirth education course, Empowered Birth + Postpartum, designed for birthing women and partners to enter labor feeling educated and empowered about the body, labor, and postpartum. After the course, you will have a birth plan, with an understanding of how to will deal with complications or deviations; have a support team that will serve you and your birth plan; and feel prepared for postpartum and the first forty days.
